Grace decided that today would be a good day to attempt a flip. She has tried in the past without much success. I thought using the couch might help her push off and then give her a soft landing. We added the Ariel pillow just in case. It took her 2 tries to get the hang of it and then she was a flipping queen.
Head down, tuck......
push off.....
and roll.......
roll.....
and done. Tah-dah!
Someone else had to give it a go too. It didn't happen for him but......
he was just happy participate.
Congratulations Grace, pretty soon you'll be doing cartwheels and back flips.
