The cookie lounge

We decided to try something different tonight---the cookie lounge. They make fresh (and hot) from the oven cookies. You get to choose the dough and whatever ingredients you like from fruit to candy. That's right up our alley.
Lucas had a good time because they had a lot of games with dice and cards that he could play with.

Grace and I shared a chocolate chip and m&m cookie.

Steve had a chocolate and peanut butter chip cookie. He didn't share his.

Grace took the "lounge" part to heart and lounged around after she was done eating her cookie. Lucas continued playing with the games. In fact, he was more interested in the games than he was in eating the cookies (maybe my real son was switched at birth???).

My overall impression of the cookie lounge: enjoyable experience, but kinda pricey and the cookies were just okay.

I think we'll stick to hot chocolate chip cookies from our own oven.
