It rained today, a lot. Finally.
Grace and I thought that it was perfect weather for making chocolate chip cookies....
...and taking silly pictures. Grace was really worried that I was actually going to eat one of the balls of cookie dough. She's getting pretty good at taking pictures and I'm getting good at cropping out my butt.
Baking up in the oven. Yummy. If you are in need of a good chocolate chip cookie recipe, let me know. I have a really good one. I've found that the trick is to refrigerate the dough for 24 hours or at least overnight. The other trick is to freeze the dough in balls so you'll have ready to make cookies on hand.

Good news for us---the forecast has rain for the next two days. I guess I'd better get started on another batch of cookie dough. Yippee!
