A house divided

More college football fun.
As all of you know, Steve is an OU alumni and so I try to do the best I can to be supportive. Afterall, it must be difficult to be an OU fan these days (okay, I had to get at least one jab in). I know it can be hard for Steve because for one we live in Austin and two I am a huge UT fan as is my extended family. I'm afraid he bears the brunt of the OU jokes at family functions and even in our neighborhood. He's a really good sport about it. So, for this second week of college football, I thought it only fair to dress the kids up in their OU outfits since they started the season in UT gear. And just so you know, all the OU outfits we have were a gift from Steve's friend, Marshall, who is also an OU alumni and fan. I'm not an OU fan, so I don't buy OU paraphernalia. But if people are so kind as to send us stuff then I have no problem dressing them up in it (just don't send any Aggie outfits). Anyway, we've had this little dress for a while but it finally fit her this season.
Here's Grace doing the "O" in her Sooner's outfit. Very cute, no matter what team, right?
She looks like she is going to do a pirouette or some other ballet move.
She really liked wearing the hood. In fact, we went to eat dinner at Chuy's and she wanted to wear the hood. We had to explain to her that it is rude to wear a hood or hat in a restaurant. Of course right over at the table next to us was a man wearing a hat. Oops.
You are probably wondering where the pictures of Lucas are. Well, that didn't go over so well. The only outfit we have for him have suspenders and apparently he does not like suspenders. He's also sick and wasn't as tolerant as he usually is. We'll have to try again later, I guess.

Hook 'em.
