Bug catching (attempted)

It rained a little today and when it stopped we decided to head outdoors to try to catch some bugs. I'm not even sure why since I'm not really fond of bugs.

Grace looking closely for something to tweeze and put in her "bug house".
Nothing there so, off we go.
We didn't catch any bugs. I was surprised (happily surprised) that there weren't any worms out on the sidewalks. We did see some butterflies at the end of the street and I tried to catch them with the tiny net. I'm sure I looked pretty crazy waving it around desperately trying to catch something for my daughter. No luck. I guess Daddy will have to help them next time.
